With this notice we wish to inform you specifically about the processing of your personal data when using the website www.telekom.gr (hereinafter the "Website"). The Website offers simple browsing, as well as navigation and the completion of transactions through the online store (hereinafter "e-shop"), for which no registration is required.

5.  Who are the recipients of personal data, and for what purpose is it transferred to them?

Recipients of your personal data may be third-party companies we work with, active in the following fields:

  • Development of IT systems and technical support
  • Advertising and marketing

In these cases, the third-party companies act as processors on behalf of OTE, i.e. OTE partners who undertake the execution of a specific task following our instructions and applying the OTE Group's strict procedures regarding the processing of your personal data.

OTE remains responsible for the processing. Processing by our partners for the above purposes is carried out mainly within Greece and the European Union (EU). Where we work with companies outside the EU, they will only process your data on our instructions and where an EU adequacy decision exists or appropriate safeguard clauses have been agreed.

Beyond the above companies, OTE does not process or disclose your personal data to third parties, except where such disclosure/transfer is required by applicable law.

6.  What are your rights as a user of the Service regarding the processing of your personal data?

To exercise your rights and/or to contact the Data Protection Officer, you may:

  • Send an e-mail to customerprivacy@telekom.gr, or
  • Send a letter to "Customer Service, 99 Kifisias Ave., 15124, Maroussi" with the subject "Exercise of personal data rights", stating your full name and phone number.

If you believe we have not adequately addressed your request, you may file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Athens, 1-3 Kifisias Avenue, P.C. 115 23 | tel: +30 210 6475600).

OTE will respond to your requests free of charge and without delay, within one month of receiving the request. In exceptional cases this period may be extended by two (2) further months due to complexity, in which case we will inform you accordingly. If we consider your request manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or to refuse to act on the request.

7.  What trackers (trackers/cookies) are used on the Website?

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to store, retrieve and process information on your device. This helps us improve your experience, analyze website traffic, and show you content and advertisements relevant to your interests. For this purpose, user profiles are created per website and device. Our partners also use these technologies.

Processing of tracker data is carried out:
